Fitness - week 2

Well I am a little behind on my posting so here goes...

Last week was rough on the fitness routine! I bumped up to level 2 on Julian Michaels on monday, that left me so sore I couldn't get my run in on tues. Wed I was at the track all day. Thursday I ran again and was ok. Friday I started getting sick so it was a no go :( Sat I woke up with a migraine so bad I couldn't stand up so that pretty much blew the week!

My hope is that I don't have a huge set back week again, weeks like that will make it almost impossible to get in shape in time for my race in sept. I am just going to keep digging though, I hate to not make a goal once I set one!
