Fitness comeback - week 1

Well I have a long way to go! I may be small but I am out of shape! Last week I started the long road to get into shape, and it was an insanely tough week! I will be doing Juilian Michaels 30 day shred and also a couch to 5k program. I did the dvd on mon. wed. and fri. And ran on tue. thur. and sun. (was supposed to be sat. but I was too busy).

I think if I stick to it I will def see major improvement. My long term goal is to do a 10-mile race the last weekend of sept. I have a long way to go, but I think that I will be able to do it. If any of you are interested the run is in Disney World, should be fun! Well Wish me luck, Im going to need it!
